Lecture by Rafael Videla Eissmann presented at the First International Congress on Forbidden History, which took place on October 18 and 19 at the Sala Congressi della Casa Regina Montis Regalis, in Vicoforte Mondovì and in the Duchy of Bardo, in Piedmont, Italy. The conference also featured lectures by outstanding researchers such as Diego Antolini, Piercarlo Bormida, Marco Bulloni, Peter Fiebag and Nikunj Irani, among others.
